摘要
北京铸造厂南区限价商品住房项目10栋高层住宅采用装配式预制混凝土结构,介绍预制构件的吊运和安装,与全现浇钢筋混凝土楼板的费用和碳排放强度进行比对,其预制率为16.4%,碳排放强度减少161.55 kg/m^2,社会和经济效益良好。
Ten high-rise residences of the limited-price commercial housing project in the southern area of Beijing Foundry Factory use prefabricated prefabricated concrete structures.The lifting and installation of prefabricated components are introduced.The cost and carbon emission intensity of fully cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floors are compared.It’s prefabrication rate is 16.4%,carbon emission intensity is reduced by 161.55 kg/m^2,and social and economic benefits are good.
