摘要
文中在确定装配式混凝土结构的基础上,以某医院综合楼项目为例,阐述了预制构件、材料选用、套筒式续接器及灌浆料相关内容,分析了外墙板开裂渗漏、预留钢筋变形、混凝土浇筑不达标等主要问题,探究装配式混凝土结构中的叠合板处理、临时支撑、节点连接等施工要点,以期为类似工程提供参考。
On the basis of determining the prefabricated concrete structure and taking the hospital comprehensive building project as an example,this article elaborates on the prefabricated components,material selection,sleeve type connectors,and grouting materials,analyzes the main problems that are prone to cracking and leakage of external wall panels,deformation of reserved steel bars,and substandard concrete pouring,and explores the construction points such as laminated plate treatment,temporary support,and node connection in prefabricated concrete structures,to provide reference for similar projects.
