摘要
以预制构件工厂生产情况为依托,研究通过IOT、BIM、互联网等技术实现装配式供货环节服务的内容,解决当前装配式构件工厂与总包方的冲突,实现预制构件的精细化全生命周期管控。协同内容以线上方式融入管理平台,可减少参与各方的矛盾,加快工程进度,提高管理水准并降低成本。
This paper focuses on the research of realizing the service content of assembly supply link through IOT,BIM,Internet and other technologies,solving the conflict between the current assembly component factory and the general contractor,and realizing the refined life cycle management and control of prefabricated components.Collaborative content is integrated into the management platform in an online manner,so as to reduce the,contradictions of all parties involved,improve the progress and management level of the whole project,and reduce the relevant costs.
