基于数字孪生的绿色建筑运营成本管理系统设计与应用 被引量:10

摘要 我国坚持可持续发展理念,大力推行绿色建筑,但是目前绿色建筑运营成本高昂,信息化和自动化管理能力不足,缺乏有效的运营成本控制,严重制约了行业的发展和绿色目标的实现。为了解决绿色建筑运营成本管理能力不足的问题,以制造业领域的数字孪生技术为基础,分析了绿色建筑运营成本管理对运维系统的特性需求和理论基础,提出了基于数字孪生的绿色建筑运营成本管理系统,并对该系统体系的各结构层进行细化设计。此外,为了进一步验证该系统框架的可行性,利用激光扫描和摄影测量技术,基于Bentley Systems软件开发了一套系统原型,并阐述了该原型的功能应用和未来的改进方向。研究表明,提出的系统框架可以通过技术升级和流程优化来提升绿色建筑运营成本管理的效率和质量。同时,开发的系统原型通过标准化的数据管理和互操作性建立了安全共享数据连接的数字孪生生态系统,为智慧建筑运营管理提供了一种数字化解决方案。 China adheres to the concept of sustainable development and vigorously promotes green building.However,the operating cost of green building is high at present,lacking the sufficient informatization and automation management capacity as well as the effective control of operating cost.It seriously restricts the development of the industry and the realization of green goals.In order to improve the insufficient management of green building operating costs,based on the digital twins in the field of manufacturing technology,the demands of the green building operating cost management and the theoretical basis for the operation and maintenance system is analyzed.Besides,the green building operating cost management system based on digital twins is proposed,and the detailed design of each structure layer of the system is carried out.Furthermore,in order to verify the feasibility of the system framework,a prototype based on Bentley Systems software is developed by using laser scanning and photogrammetry.The research shows that the system framework proposed can improve the efficiency and quality of green building operation cost management through technology upgrading and process optimization.Meanwhile,the developed system prototype establishes digital twins ecosystem of secure shared data connection through standardized data management and interoperability,providing a digital solution for the operation and management of smart buildings.
