摘要
开展工程总承包项目全过程工程咨询业务是咨询企业适应市场环境和业主需求变化必然趋势,其咨询业务成功的关键是业务流程再造和组织模式的变革。本研究通过业务流程再造理论(BPR)对传统咨询业务进行根本性的再思考和再设计,提出立足工程总承包项目价值增值和绩效表现的新业务流程,为咨询企业开展全过程工程咨询业务提供思路。
It is an inevitable trend for consulting enterprises to adapt to the changing market environment and owners’demands to carry out the whole process engineering consulting business of general contracting projects.The key to the success of consulting business is business process reengineering and the reform of organizational model.Put forward based on value engineering general contracting project value and performance of new business processes,to provide consulting company to carry out the whole process of engineering consulting business.
