摘要
在传统的项目管理模式下,轨道交通工程项目实施过程中各参建单位相互独立,交流和组织协调困难,造成管理效率低下。简述全过程咨询管理模式的优势,并对轨道交通项目全过程咨询管理进行总体策划,分解和梳理工作任务、组织架构和职能分工,为今后全过程咨询项目相关工作提供参考。
In the traditional project management model,the participating units are independent of each other during the implementation of rail transit projects,and it is difficult to communicate,organize and coordinate,resulting in low management efficiency.This paper briefly describes the advantages of whole process consulting management model,and makes overall planning for whole process consulting management of rail transit projects,decomposes and sorts out the work tasks,organizational structure and functional division,in order to provide references for the related work of whole process consulting project in the future.
