摘要
以某矿井及选煤厂项目为例,从可行性研究到竣工验收的建设项目各阶段,介绍工程项目管理的主要内容和一些项目管理经验,为类似项目管理提供参考。
Taking a mine and coal preparation plant project as an example,this paper introduces the main contents in project management and some project management experience from the feasibility study to the completion acceptance of construction project,in order to provide reference for similar project.
