Research on Green Finance Enabling High-quality Development Decision of Regional Economy——Empirical Analysis Based on Grey Correlation Method and BP Neural Network Model

摘要绿色金融作为资源节约高效利用的绿色经济活动,能够有效遏制经济发展对环境带来的不利影响。基于理论分析,利用2017—2021年6个省(自治区)九大绿色金融改革创新试验区面板数据,构建绿色金融发展水平指标体系,借助BP神经网络模型和修正后的熵权—灰色关联法,比较分析区域绿色金融发展综合指数,实证检验绿色金融促进地区经济发展的影响。研究表明:(1)绿色金融与经济发展之间呈正相关关系;(2)在地理矩阵条件下,环境保护和经济发展之间不具显著冲突;(3)传统能耗产业始终是制约我国绿色金融发展的主要因素;(4)跨省市绿色金融试点地区纵向发展水平或高于其他地区。致力于增强经济发展内生动力,以打造国家营商环境创新试点为牵引,持续激发市场主体活力。 Green finance,as a green economic activity with efficient use of resources,can effectively contain the adverse impact of economic development on the environment.Based on theoretical analysis,using the panel data of nine green finance reform and innovation pilot zones in 6 provinces(autonomous regions)from 2017 to 2021,the development level index system of green finance was constructed.With the help of BP neural network model and the revised entropy weight—gray correlation method,the regional green finance development comprehensive index was compared and analyzed,and the impact of green finance on promoting regional economic development was empirically tested.The results show that:①Green finance is positively correlated with economic development;②There is no significant conflict between environmental protection and economic development under the geographical matrix condition;③Traditional energy consumption industry has always been the main factor restricting the development of green finance;④The vertical development level of cross-provincial green finance pilot areas may be higher than other areas We will work to increase the internal driving force for economic development,and continue to energize market players by conducting national trials for innovation in the business environment.
