摘要 教师是否具备课程思政能力是制约课程思政建设成效的关键。从目前高校推进课程思政建设情况来看,教师课程思政能力有待提高。教师课程思政能力是教师课程思政意识、政治素养、道德素养、文化素养、法治素养、专业能力等多维度的统一,需要从多条路径培养。此外,还需要高校建立质量保障体系来给予教师外在的导向性激励。 Whether teachers have curriculum ideological and political ability is the key to restrict the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political construction.From the current situation of promoting the ideological and political construction of curriculum in colleges and universities,teachers’Ideological and political ability of curriculum needs to be improved.Teachers’curriculum ideological and political ability is a multi-dimensional unity of teachers’curriculum ideological and political consciousness,political literacy,moral literacy,cultural literacy,legal literacy,professional ability and so on,which needs to be cultivated from multiple paths.In addition,colleges and universities need to establish a quality assurance system to give teachers external guiding incentives.
