师范专业认证背景下体育师范生教学实践能力发展的影响因素研究 被引量:5

Research on the influencing factors of the development of P.E.normal students’teaching ability under the background of normal professional certification

摘要 运用德尔菲法、因子分析法和SEM结构方程模型等方法,形成4个潜在变量和19个观测变量的体育师范生教学实践能力发展的影响因素指标体系,并结合结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究结果显示:经二阶结构方程模型实证检验,这4个维度19个观测指标对体育师范生教学实践能力发展均具有正向显著影响;体育师范生教学实践能力发展的影响因素依次排序为:课程因素、教师因素、环境因素、学生因素。在此基础上,提出可沿着完善课程体系建设,严格学生考评制度;拓宽多元实践平台,丰富学生教学实践经验;注重师资队伍专业化建设,提高教师职业素养;优化教学资源,改善学习环境;加强学生思想指引,提高思想认识水平的路径培养体育师范生教学实践能力。 By digging,identifying and analyzing the influencing factors and their relationg,this paper aims to provide reference for the education and professional development of PE students in normal universities students in the new era.By using Delphi method,factor analysis method and SEM structural equation model,it has formed the influencing factor index system with 4 potential variables and 19 observation variables,and carried out the empirical analysis with the structural equation model.The results showed that:by the second order structural equation model empirical test,those 19 indicators of 4 dimensions have a significant positive impact on the development of physical education normal university students’teaching practice ability.On this basis,this paper put forward following suggestions:1.improve the construction of cum’culum system and student evaluation system to diversify the praetice platforms;2.attach greater importance on teacher’s professional expertise to normal studerits’teaching ability;3.optimize teaching resources attach and improve the learning envivonment to strengthen students’ideological guidance and increase their ideological awareness to train their teaching ability.
