摘要
科教融合是我国人才培养的现实需求,也是应对社会经济持续发展新需求和新挑战的有效方式。在人才培养过程中,如何将教学和科研有机融合,一直是教育研究的重要课题。文章以地理学专业硕士研究生为研究个案,重点围绕科教融合的制度体系、教学模式、评价体系等方面进行分析,提出构建科教融合与学研相济的地理学专业研究生育人新模式,为进一步提高研究生的教育治理能力提供思路。
The integration of science and education is a realistic need for talent training in our country,and it is also an effective way to cope with the new needs and challenges of sustainable social and economic development.In the process of talent training,how to organically integrate teaching and scientific research has always been an important subject of educational research.This article takes the postgraduates majoring in geography as a research case,and analyzes the institutional system,teaching mode,evaluation system of the integration of science and education,and proposes to build a new model of geography majors that combine science and education with study and research,in order to provide ideas for the further improvement of postgraduates educational governance capabilities.
