摘要
针对传统培养模式存在的问题,提出了科研训练、创新训练、学用结合多位一体复合育人模式,建立科教融合人才培养新模式,依托学科团队和科研平台,为学生搭建创新训练平台,解决教师的科研工作与本科生教学、科研训练以及创新训练相脱节的问题,建立学用结合个性化人才培养机制,培养符合社会需求的创新型人才。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional training mode,this paper puts forward the multi-disciplinary compound education mode of scientific research training,innovative training and combination of learning and application,establishes a new talent training mode integrating science and education,and builds an innovative training platform for students based on the discipline team and scientific research platform,so as to solve the problem that teachers’scientific research work is divorced from undergraduate teaching,scientific research training and innovative training,Establish a personalized talent training mechanism combining learning with application,and cultivate innovative talents in line with social needs.
