摘要
当前大学教师重科研轻教学已经成为一种普遍现象。这种现象的产生,既与大学教师所处的大环境以及人们对高校科研工作的理解有关,也与现行高校职称评审制度有关。要解决这个问题,可以从以下几个方面着手:第一,改变大学教师所处的大环境,使他们能够安心教学、乐于教学;第二,给高校科研工作正确定位,使教学研究在高校科研工作中占据首要地位;第三,改革现行高校职称评审制度,建立双轨制的职称评审制度。
At present, it has been an universal phenomenon that the college teachers place stress on scientific research but look down on teaching. The reasons are relation to these aspects the circumstances that the college teachers live in , the understanding of people on the scientific research and the evaluation system of professional titles. In order to resolve this problem, these countermeasures should be taken: first, the circumstances that the college teachers live in should be changed so as to the college teachers be able to keep their mind on teaching and enjoy teaching; second, the scientific research of colleges and universities should be positioned correctly, in which teaching research should be the most important; third, the evaluation system of professional titles should be reformed and became double-tracked.
