摘要
产教融合背景下,产业学院师资队伍建设是中职学校实现教育链、人才链、产业链和创新链有机衔接、深度融合的关键。文章针对当前中职产业学院师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,构建“校校行企”协同创新机制,探索产业学院双师双能型师资队伍建设,包括转变办学观念,优化师资队伍结构;发挥“校校行企”优势,打造新型“双师型”教师培训平台;构建科学、多维交叉的考核评价机制;建立高效的激励机制,促进各主体间资源协同共享,加强产教深度融合创新,为区域经济发展提供有力的人才支撑。
In the context of the integration of industry and education,the construction of the faculty of industrial colleges is the key to the organic connection and deep integration of the education chain,talent chain,industry chain and innovation chain of secondary vocational schools.In view of the problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff of secondary vocational colleges,we should build a collaborative innovation mechanism between the school and the industry,and explore the construction of the teaching staff of industrial colleges,including changing the concept of running schools and optimizing the structure of the teaching staff;Give full play to the advantages of"schools,schools,enterprises"and create a new"double qualified"teacher training platform;Build a scientific multidimensional cross examination and evaluation mechanism;Establish an efficient incentive mechanism,promote the coordination and sharing of resources among various subjects,strengthen the in-depth integration and innovation of production and education,and provide strong talent support for regional economic development.
