摘要
按照新工科和工程教育认证的要求,大学生创新实践能力是高校应用型人才培养的首要任务。文章针对目前我国高校在人才创新实践能力培养方面的现状与问题,分析了产生的原因,提出了在教学改革、课程体系建设及创新实践活动等方面的举措。采用“四步一体”的培养模式,构建了大学生创新能力培养体系。经过探索与实践,此模式在学科竞赛、人才培养质量方面成效显著,为高等院校创新型人才培养提供了新思路。
According to the requirements of new engineering and engineering education certification,the innovative practical ability of college students is the primary task of cultivating applied talents in universities.The article analyzes the current situation and problems of talent innovation and practical ability cultivation in Chinese universities,and proposes measures in teaching reform,curriculum system construction,and innovative practical activities.A"four step in one"training model has been adopted to construct a system for cultivating college students'innovation ability.After exploration and practice,this model has achieved significant results in subject competitions and talent cultivation quality,providing new ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents in higher education institutions.
