摘要
推进“岗课赛证融通”育人模式有助于优化高职护理专业课程体系,有利于解决高职护理专业毕业生难以致用、就业结构性矛盾等问题,实现人才结构优化,培养素质优良的复合型护理人才。文章立足“岗课赛证”理论内涵,分析高职护理专业融合“岗课赛证”育人模式的现实价值,建构“岗课赛证”育人模式的基本模型,探索高职护理专业融合“岗课赛证”育人模式的推进措施。
Promoting the"integration of post,courses,competition and certification"education model is conducive to optimizing the curriculum system of vocational nursing majors,solving problems such as difficulty in employment and structural contradictions in employment for vocational nursing graduates,optimizing talent structure,and cultivating highquality composite nursing talents.The article is based on the theoretical connotation of"post course competition certificate",analyzes the practical value of integrating the"post course competition certificate"education mode in vocational nursing majors,constructs the basic model of the"post course competition certificate"education mode,and explores the promotion measures of integrating the"post course competition certificate"education mode in vocational nursing majors.
