摘要
“岗课赛证融通”是基于我国国情实践探索总结出来的具有中国特色的新时代职业教育理念,是国家统筹推进职教改革的重要制度安排和新要求、新方向。文章立足高等职业院校的新工科专业,分析、总结“岗课赛证融通”人才培养的要点,提出了新的“岗课赛证融通”人才培养模式实施路径,对相关专业的人才培养改革具有一定参考价值和借鉴意义。
"Post of course competition and certificate integration"is a new era concept of vocational education with Chinese characteristics summarized based on the practice of China’s national conditions.It is an important institutional arrangement and new requirements and new direction for the country to promote vocational education reform as a whole.Based on the new engineering majors of higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and summarizes the key points of"post-course competition and certificate integration",and puts forward the new implementation path of"postcourse competition and certificate integration",which has certain reference value and reference significance for the talent training reform of related majors.
