摘要
本文基于中国综合社会调查2017年的数据(CGSS2017),运用O-Logit模型研究了异质性人力资本和结婚年龄对于适龄夫妻初始生育意愿和多孩生育意愿的影响。研究结果表明:结婚年龄对生育意愿具有显著的负向影响,并且多孩生育意愿所受影响强于初始生育意愿;异质性人力资本对于生育意愿均具有显著的负向影响,且随着人力资本的逐渐积累,生育意愿所受影响程度呈现出倒“U”形的变化趋势。另外,通过对不同经济状况的家庭进一步研究后发现,异质性人力资本和结婚年龄对于生育意愿的影响存在明显的差异性。据此,本文提出了优化教育资源供给、提升托育服务水平、保障女性工作权益等有助于提升适龄夫妻生育意愿的建议。
Based on the data from the China Comprehensive Social Survey 2017(CGSS2017),this paper uses the O-Logit model to study the influence of heterogeneous human capital and marriage age on the initial willingness to bear children and the willingness to have multiple births of suitable-age couples.The research results show that marriage age has a significant negative impact on the willingness to bear children,and the willingness to have multiple births is more affected than the initial willingness to bear children;heterogeneous human capital has a significant negative impact on the willingness to bear children,and with the increase of human capital.With the gradual accumulation of fertility,the degree of influence of the willingness to bear children presents an"inverted U-shaped"change trend.In addition,after further research on families with different economic conditions,it is found that there are obvious differences in the influence of heterogeneous human capital and marriage age on the willingness to bear children.Based on this,this article puts forward suggestions for optimizing the supply of educational resources,improving the level of childcare services,and protecting women’s working rights and interests,etc.,which will help improve the willingness of couples to have children.
