摘要
政策是推动人口长期均衡发展的重要力量,在积极生育政策背景下内蒙古人口增长呈现出中心城市人口聚集以及边境人口空心化的趋势。本研究以呼和浩特市城市妊娠妇女为调查对象,通过重点抽样获取研究样本。研究表明:妊娠妇女生育行为会对其再生育意愿产生影响,这一生育实践过程具有生育时间性、生育照顾伦理空间性以及伴随生育风险意识等特征。本研究建议:完善生育时间支持、婴幼儿照顾支持、生育心理支持等措施,保障育龄妇女的生育权利,支持鼓励家庭人口再生育实践。
In Inner Mongolia,population growth in the context of an active fertility policy reveals a trend of population clustering in central cities and hollowing out of the border population.Policy is a key factor in promoting long-term balanced population development.The target population for this study is pregnant women in Hohhot,and the research sample was obtained through importance sampling.According to the study,a woman’s fertility behavior during pregnancy affects her desire to have more kids.This fertility process is characterized by the temporality of fertility,the ethical spatiality of fertility care,and the associated awareness of fertility risks.This study suggests that in order to protect the reproductive rights of women of childbearing age and to support and encourage re-birth practices,policies such as those that support childbearing time,infant care,and psychological support for childbearing should be improved.
