摘要
企业参与职业教育是一项系统性工程,涉及政府、学校、企业与社会等多方利益主体。以扎根理论为方法论指导,通过对珠三角地区20位产教融合性企业管理者的深度访谈,构建出包含办学实力、经济周期、政策增量、产权明晰、岗前培训、技术创新的影响企业参与校企合作六因素模型。对六因素归纳分析发现,政策环境体系不够完善、经济生态稳定性不足、职业教育供给与企业需求失衡是影响企业参与职业教育的三大主要阻力。为此,在政策层面,应落实政策存量清理,精准分层扶持;在经济层面,要拓展多元培养模式,打造共创共享联盟;在教育层面,要提升职业教育教学质量,重塑职业教育声誉。
The participation of enterprises in vocational education is a systematic project involving the participation of multiple stakeholders such as the government, schools, enterprises and society. This study uses rooted theory as a methodological guide, based on the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong, and through in-depth interviews with 20 managers of enterprises that integrate education and industry, as well as data processing and analysis, a six-factor model was constructed that includes schooling strength, economic cycle, policy increment,clear property rights, pre-employment training and technological innovation, which affects enterprises’ participation in school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the analysis of the six factors, it was further found that the policy environment system is not perfect, the economic ecology is not stable enough, and the imbalance between the supply of vocational education and the demand of enterprises are the three main obstacles to enterprises’ participation in vocational education. In view of the inevitable trend of industry-education integration, it is suggested that all stakeholders should target the three major obstacles to enterprises’ participation in vocational education, and further promote and enhance the development level of enterprises’ own participation in vocational education models.
