摘要
"人工智能+5G"技术的到来对智慧校园建设带来革命性的影响。智慧校园是推进教育强国建设的重要途径,建构科学有效的评价指标体系是提高智慧校园建设水平的关键。结合国家最新的智慧校园建设总体框架和实施标准,构建出包含网络基础设施建设、数据资源管理、智慧服务体系和智慧保障体系4项一级指标以及网络设施、数据库与服务器、数字化场所等14项二级指标的智慧校园建设水平评价指标框架。再经过两轮专家意见咨询,采用层次分析法确定智慧校园评价维度中的各项评价指标及其权重系数,赋予评价指标体系统计意义。建构系统且合理的评价指标体系,可以促进我国教育与信息技术的深度融合,提高校园教学质量和学校管理水平,加快推进教育信息化和教育强国的建设。
The arrival of Artificial Intelligence+5G technology will certainly have a revolutionary impact on the construction of smart campuses.The research aims at the uneven standards of smart campus construction in China,and studies the necessity of constructing a scientific and effective evaluation index system of smart campus from the perspective of building a powerful country in education.Combined with the latest national overall framework and implementation standards of smart campus construction,a theoretical framework with four evaluation dimensions,including network infrastructure construction,data resource management,smart service system and smart safeguard system,is constructed.With two rounds of expert advice,an analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the evaluation indexes and their weight coefficients in the evaluation dimension of smart campus,and a relatively complete evaluation index system is constructed in order to improve the construction level of China’s smart campus.It provides an important path for promoting the informationization of education and building a powerful country in education.
