大学师德建设的内涵价值、现实困境与路径选择 被引量:24

摘要 大学师德建设是高等教育发展的一个重要方面,是"双一流"建设的核心内容,是党和国家在高等教育事业上的重要战略部署。从当前实践来看,大学师德建设仍存在内涵不清及层次模糊的认识困境、难以企及或驱动不力的制度困境、粗放管理或无序管理的组织困境。应将中华优秀传统文化、社会主义核心价值体系、力争一流的教师日常教学和世界优秀伦理道德作为师德建设的根本依据。不断创新大学师德建设的科学路径,通过凸显大学师德建设的专业边界、构建大学师德建设的规范体系、健全大学师德建设的长效机制、塑造大学师德建设的全员文化来保障大学师德建设的有效性,进而打造高水平大学师资队伍。 The cultivation of teachers’professional ethics is the primary path on the development of higher education in China.It is also the core of“Double First-class”initiative and the strategic blueprint of our party and nations.Based on the reflection which adapts the logic of“Double First-class”construction,we find the practice has its mismatches and conflicts:the construction of university teachers’ethics still has the dilemma of unclear connotation and vague level of understanding.At institutional level,this dilemma is difficult to reach or driven,and the organizational dilemma of extensive management or disorderly management.The basis of the construction of teachers’ethics:The Chinese excellent traditional culture,the socialist core value system,the daily teaching of first-class teachers,and the world’s excellent ethics should be the fundamental basis for the construction of teacher ethics.It is necessary for us to continuously innovate the scientific path of the construction of university teacher ethics,and ensure it by highlighting the professional boundaries of university teacher’s ethics,building a normative system for university teacher ethics construction,perfecting the long-term mechanism of university teacher ethics construction,and shaping the whole staff culture of university teacher ethics construction.The effectiveness of the construction of university teacher’s ethics can build a high-level university faculty and optimize the environment for public opinion and form a favorable atmosphere.
