师范认证背景下化学专业卓越人才培养模式探究——以长江大学化学师范专业改革为例 被引量:1

摘要 全面落实师范专业认证,能够充分贯彻执行立德树人的根本任务,是提升教师人才质量的极其重要的政策方针。文章以长江大学化学师范专业为例,剖析已毕业及现有的人才培养现状及普遍存在的问题,修订人才培养方案,不断完善课程教学模式,实施“教、学、训、赛”协同的教学模式,逐步完善实验―实践教学体系,全面试行“双导师制”。积极探索卓越教师教育人才培养模式,以便更好地培养出适应经济社会和基础教育发展需要的卓越化学教育专业人才。 The comprehensive implementation of teacher training professional certification can fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talent,and is an extremely important policy guideline for improving the quality of teacher talent.The article takes the chemistry teacher education major at Changjiang University as an example to analyze the current situation and common problems in talent cultivation,revise talent cultivation plans,continuously improve course teaching models,implement a collaborative teaching model of"teaching,learning,training,and competition",gradually improve the experimental practical teaching system,and comprehensively pilot the"double mentor system".Actively exploring the cultivation mode of outstanding teacher education talents,in order to better cultivate outstanding chemical education professionals who meet the needs of economic,social,and basic education development.
