摘要
心律失常作为心血管科的常见病,严重危害着人民健康。中医认为肝郁气滞是心律失常的重要病机,治法当以疏肝解郁、调畅气机,柴胡类方作为其治法的代表方在心律失常的治疗上取得了满意疗效。文章归纳整理近几年相关研究,将名老中医对柴胡类方的运用思路以及小柴胡汤、柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤等治疗心律失常的临床研究、实验研究结果进行归纳总结,以期拓宽经方的临床应用范围,以及为中医药治疗心律失常的研究提供理论依据。
Chinese medicine believes the stagnation of liver’s Qi is an important pathogenesis of arrhythmia.The prescriptions containing bupleurum has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of arrhythmia as a representative group for soothing liver and relieving depression.This article summarizes the domestic research,the use of a number of masters of TCM for prescriptions containing bupleurum,and the research progress in the treatment of arrhythmias with prescriptions containing bupleurum.
