摘要
中药在治疗慢性疼痛方面有着巨大的潜在优势.中药治疗慢性疼痛的机制是同时通过多个分子通道协同作用,且涉及到炎症、免疫、血液循环、组织功能代谢等多方面的外周机制;同时也涉及N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDA)、P物质(SP)、单胺能等中枢神经递质受体机制和相关核基因转录机制等.中药具有止痛效果确切,对机体组织影响小,毒副作用少的特点,可长期应用,是疼痛治疗方法和止痛药物发掘的一个重要方向.
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has huge potential advantages in the treatment of chronic pain.The mechanism of TCM in treatment of chronic pain is a synergistic effects with multiple molecular pathways at the same time,and involves a variety of peripheral mechanisms such as inflammation,immunity,blood circulation,tissue function and metabolism as well as the receptor mechanism of N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMDA),substance P(SP),monoaminergic and other central neurotransmitters and related nuclear gene transcription mechanisms.Treatment of chronic pain with TCM has a definite analgesic effect,little influence on the body tissue,long-term application,and low toxic and side effects.It is an important direction for the discovery of pain treatment method and analgesic drugs.
