摘要
通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)患者的临床研究发现,新冠肺炎患者常有心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白升高等心肌损伤及心律失常表现。基于心肺相关理论,结合临床研究,认为新型冠状病毒肺炎患者可有疫毒之气壅塞于肺、气机逆乱致瘀、疫毒损伤肺气、气虚致瘀、瘀久化热等病机表现,须注重宣肺化瘀、益气化瘀、凉血化瘀等化瘀法在救治新冠肺炎患者中的应用,该思路可供临床参考。
Clinical studies on COVID-19 patients have found that COVID-19 patients often have myocardial injury and arrhythmia manifestations,such as myocardial enzyme spectrum and elevated troponin.Based on cardiopulmonary related theory,combined with clinical research,the author thinks that COVID-19 patients can have poison gas choking in lung,inverse chaos caused blood stasis.The poison gas also damaged Qi of lung.Qi’s deficiency caused blood stasis.After the blood stasis for a long time,producing heat,should focus on the application of promoting lung and removing blood stasis,benefiting Qi and removing blood stasis,and cooling blood and removing blood stasis,provide COVID-19 patients treated with another train of thought.
