摘要
目的:观察五神针配合腹部推拿对卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取96例卒中后便秘患者按随机数字表分为药物组、针推组和推拿组,每组各32例。药物组采用福松(聚乙二醇4000散)治疗,针推组采用五神针配合腹部推拿,推拿组采用腹部推拿治疗,治疗周期为20天,10天为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较3组卒中后便秘患者治疗前后的粪便性状评分表、便秘临床评分量表、便秘患者生存质量量表。结果:3组患者治疗前后的大便性状评分比较,经治疗后,患者大便性状评分组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者便秘临床评分经组间比较药物组与针推组均较推拿组明显降低(P<0.05),且针推组降低更为明显。患者生存质量量表评分经组间比较,药物组与针推组均较推拿组明显降低(P<0.05),且针推组降低更为明显。3组疗效相互比较,针推组的总有效率为90.32%,高于药物组的79.31%和推拿组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论:五神针配合腹部推拿可以有效治疗卒中后便秘,缓解其便秘症状,加强其临床疗效,并提高其生活质量,是一种安全有效的治疗手段,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of wushen acupuncture combined with abdominal massage on poststroke constipation.Methods:According to the random number table,96 patients with poststroke constipation were divided into drug group,acupuncture group and massage group,with 32 cases in each group.The drug group was treated with fosone(polyethylene glycol 4000 powder),the acupuncture group was treated with five divine needles combined with abdominal massage,and the massage group was treated with abdominal massage.The treatment cycle was 20 days,and 10 days were one course of treatment,and the treatment lasted for 2 courses of treatment.The scores of fecal characteristics,clinical score scale for constipation and quality of life scale for constipation in 3 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:Comparison of fecal traits scores before and after treatment in 3 groups was conducted.After treatment,comparison of fecal traits scores between groups(P>0.05),without statistical significance.The clinical scores of patients with constipation were significantly lower in the drug group and the needle push group than in the massage group by inter-group comparison(P<0.05),and the reduction was more obvious in the needle push group.The quality of life scale scores of patients were significantly lower in the drug group and the needle push group than in the massage group(P<0.05),and the reduction was more obvious in the needle push group.Compared with the three groups,the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 90.32%,higher than that of the drug group(79.31%)and the massage group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wushen acupuncture combined with abdominal massage can effectively treat poststroke constipation,relieve its symptoms of constipation,enhance its clinical efficacy,and improve its quality of life.It is a safe and effective treatment and worthy of clinical application.
