摘要
目的探究揿针结合电针治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法将105例良性前列腺增生患者随机分为药物组、电针组和观察组,治疗3周。药物组采取药物治疗;电针组采用药物结合电针足运感区、肾俞穴、中髎穴、会阳穴进行治疗;观察组在电针组的基础上采用揿针下腹部阳性反应点。每组35例,其中药物组脱落3例,剩余32例;电针组脱离1例,剩余34例。比较3组治疗前后的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、生活质量评分(QOL)及前列腺体积(PV)。结果观察组总有效率为94.3%(33/35)高于电针组及药物组,观察组IPSS评分及QOL评分低于其余两组,Qmax高于其余两组,PV低于药物组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针结合电针治疗良性前列腺增生能够改善患者下尿路症状及生活质量,提高最大尿流率并缩小前列腺体积。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of press-needle combined with electroacupuncture on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 105 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into the drug group,the electroacupuncture group and the observation group.The treatment lasted for 3 weeks.The drug group was given Finasteride Tablet.The electroacupuncture group was treated with Finasteride Tablet combined with electroacupuncture at the foot motor sensory area,Shenshu(BL23),Zhongliao(BL33)and Huiyang(BL35).The observation group used press-needle at the lower abdominal positive reaction points in lower abdomen on the basis of the electroacupuncture group.There were 35 cases in each group,including 3 cases falling off in the drug group and 32 cases remaining;1 case falling off in the electroacupuncture group and 34 cases remaining.The changes of the International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),quality of life index(QOL),maximum urinary flow rate and prostate volume in the three groups before and after treatment were detected.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%(33/35),which was higher than that of the electroacupuncture group and the drug group.The IPSS score and QOL score of the observation group were lower than those of the other two groups.The maximum urinary flow rate of the observation group was higher than that of the other two groups,and the PV was lower than that of the drug group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Press-needle combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can improve the lower urinary tract symptoms and quality of life of patients,which can effectively improve the symptoms of lower urinary tract,raise the maximum urinary flow rate and reduce the volume of prostate.
