摘要
阿片类药物是目前治疗中晚期癌痛最常用和最主要的药物,总体较为安全可靠,但不良反应也越来越受到人们关注。便秘是其最常见、最突出的消化道不良反应,可存在于阿片类镇痛治疗的始末。中西医药物治疗各具特色,文章主要就近年来中西医防治阿片类药物所致便秘作一简要综述。
Opioids are currently the most commonly used and most important drugs for the treatment of advanced cancer pain.These drugs are generally safe and reliable,but the side effects are getting more and more attention.Constipation is the most common and prominent gastrointestinal adverse reaction,which can exist at the beginning and end of opioid analgesia treatment.Chinese and Western medicines have their own characteristics in the treatment of constipation caused by opioids.This article mainly summarizes the prevention and treatment of constipation caused by opioids in recent years.
