摘要
目的探讨复方苦参注射液联合盐酸羟考酮缓释片(商品名:奥施康定)治疗晚期癌痛的疗效,并对其不良反应进行评估。方法选取自2017年6月—2018年6月收治的112例伴有中重度癌痛的晚期姑息性治疗患者为研究对象。将所有患者随机分为治疗组(n=56)和对照组(n=56),治疗组患者给予复方苦参联合奥施康定治疗,对照组患者给予奥施康定治疗,比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗第3天,治疗组总有效率(ORR)为53.6%(30/56),对照组ORR为46.4%(26/56),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第7天,治疗组ORR为82.1%(46/56),显著高于对照组的67.9%(38/56),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组恶心呕吐、便秘及头晕乏力的发生率均显著低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用常规止疼药物治疗晚期癌痛时,联合应用复方苦参注射液可有效改善不良反应发生情况,提高终末期癌症患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Compound Kushen Injection(复方苦参注射液)combined with hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets(Trade name:OxyContin)in the treatment of advanced cancer pain,and evaluate the adverse reactions.Methods 112 patients with advanced palliative treatment with moderate and severe cancer pain admitted from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=56)and control group(n=56).Patients in treatment group were treated with Compound Kushen Injection combined with OxyContin,and patients in control group were treated with OxyContin.Results On the third day of treatment,the total effective rate(ORR)of treatment group was 53.6%(15/28),and that of control group was 46.4%(13/28).On the seventh day of treatment,the ORR of treatment group was 82.1%(46/56),significantly higher than that of control group[67.9%(38/56)],and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea,vomiting,constipation,dizziness and fatigue in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of advanced cancer pain with conventional painkillers,the combination of Compound Kushen Injection can effectively improve the occurrence of adverse reactions and the quality of life of patients with end-stage cancer.
