摘要
田旭东主任医师根据临床经验将上腹痛综合征分为三期,初期以实为主,主要是由于寒凝、食积、气滞引起,中期病痛迁延不愈,常表现为郁热、痰湿、瘀血,后期以阴虚或阳虚为主。在治疗上,随证随期灵活选方用药,用药尽量选择轻灵柔和之品。举验案两则佐证。
According to the clinical experience,chief physician Tian Xudong divided the upper abdominal pain syndrome into three stages.In the early stage,the syndrome was mainly caused by excess,mainly due to cold coagulation,food accumulation and qi stagnation.In the middle stage,the pain was not cured,often manifested as stagnant heat,phlegm dampness and congestion.In the later stage,the syndrome was mainly due to yin deficiency or yang deficiency.In terms of treatment,we should choose the prescription flexibly according to the syndrome and the period,and try to choose the light and soft medicine.Two proven cases are cited.
