摘要
该文对中药治疗功能性消化不良作用机制研究现状进行分析与总结。通过查阅中药治疗功能性消化不良的相关文献及论文资料,并对其进行分类整理与综合分析。结果认为单味中药及中药复方可通过促进胃肠动力、降低内脏高敏感性、改善精神心理状态、调节肠道菌群等多靶点共同作用,改善FD症状。中药可从多靶点的协同作用治疗FD,疗效更加多元化,且不良反应较少,与单纯应用西药相比具有一定的优势。
The paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of mechanism of Chinese medicinal herb in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.By revieweding related literatures and papers on the treatment of functional dyspepsia,then classified and analyzed them.We find that some Chinese medicinal herb and its compound could improve the symptoms of FD by promoting gastrointestinal motility,reducing visceral hypersensitivity,improving psycho-psychological state,regulating intestinal flora and even can take effect from two or more aspects at the same time.Chinese medicinal herb can be used as a multi-target synergetic therapy in the treatment of FD,with less adverse reactions,and it has some advantages compared with use of western medicine alone.
