摘要
党的十八大以来,随着党中央对融媒体背景下网络舆论事业的重视,相关领域工作取得了重要成就。然而,随着时代日新月异的发展,我国网络舆论也呈现出一些新的现象和特征,甚至出现一些乱象,如网络舆论平台竞争失序、网络舆论平台“流量控制”现象盛行、网络舆论“负面偏好”特征明显以及重大突发事件的网络舆论失范频发,等等。对此,我们需要从根源上科学探究这些乱象的成因,最大程度地解决这些问题,更好发挥网络舆论平台对经济社会发展的引领作用。
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,as the Party Central Committee has attached importance to online public opinion in the context of media convergence,historic achievements have been made in related fields.However,with the rapid development of the times,some new phenomena and characteristics have emerged in China’s online public opinion,and even some chaotic phenomena have appeared,such as the disorderly competition among online public opinion platforms,the prevalence of“flow control”on online public opinion platforms,the“negative preference”of online public opinion,and the frequent occurrence of online public opinion anomie in major emergencies and,etc.In this regard,we need to take scientific cognizance,explore the fundamental causes of these disorders,solve these problems to the greatest extent possible,and give better play to the leading role of online public opinion platforms in economic and social development.
