摘要中国共产党对廉政建设的百年探索是一个理论逻辑、历史逻辑与实践逻辑这三重逻辑相互统一的过程。从理论逻辑看,廉政建设是现代政党治理的内在诉求。对于中国共产党而言,廉政建设是其治国理政的鲜明标识和不懈追求的重要目标。贯穿于新民主主义革命时期、新中国成立之初、改革开放新时期和新时代等近百年的廉政建设历程,蕴含着中国共产党根据革命、建设和改革发展面临的不同形势不断调适廉政建设基本方略和推进路径的历史逻辑。廉政建设的百年探索实际上也蕴含着在党的领导下为民执政的实践逻辑。这既是近百年来廉政建设的实践底色,也是中国与西方国家廉政建设的显见不同之处。中国共产党百年廉政建设的当下启示是,要把坚持理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑的有机统一作为基准点,牢牢坚守人民立场作为根本价值取向,以系统性思维整体谋划作为基本方法论。 The Communist Party of China’s 100 year exploration of the construction of a clean government is a process of unifying theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic.From the perspective of theoretical logic,the construction of a clean government is the internal demand of modern party governance.For the Communist Party of China,the construction of clean politics is a clear mark of its governance and an important goal of its unremitting pursuit.The course of building a clean and honest government,which runs through the period of the new democratic revolution,the beginning of the founding of new China,the new period of reform and opening up and the new era,contains the historical logic that the Communist Party of China constantly adjusts the basic strategy and promotion path of building a clean and honest government according to the different situations of revolution,construction and reform and development.In fact,the hundred-year exploration of the construction of a clean government also contains the practical logic of ruling for the people under the leadership of the party.This is not only the practice background of anti-corruption construction in the past century,but also the obvious difference between China and Western countries.For the current construction of a clean and honest government,the Enlightenment of the Centennial construction of the Communist Party of China is to adhere to the organic unity of theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic as the benchmark,adhere to the party’s leadership as an important guarantee,firmly adhere to the people’s position as the fundamental value orientation,and take systematic thinking as the basic methodology.
