摘要
依托2020年参加全国大学生化工设计大赛,探索地方高校竞赛组织与管理新模式。参赛团队指导教师职责明确、学生任务分工合理,充分发挥网络平台和移动终端的优势,消除时间和地域限制,即时沟通、每周汇报的组织与管理模式最大限度发挥资源优势,保障线上化工设计竞赛的任务进度和项目质量。
The paper explored a new mode of organization and management for local colleges by partici pating in the Chemical Engineering Design Competition(CEDC)2020.Our tearn had well-defined duties and responsibilities,and made the best use of the network platform and mobile terminals to remove the re stricts of time and region.In addition,the organization management mode with instant communication and weekly report can maximize the resource advantages and ensure the progress and quality of CEDC.
