Explanation on the Rationale and Methodology of Digital Village Construction Promoting Rural Revitalization

摘要数字乡村建设是乡村振兴战略的发展路径,是推动实现共同富裕的必要举措。建设数字乡村、构建以数字技术赋能的新时代农村发展格局,虽任重道远,但势在必行。数字乡村建设推动乡村振兴的理论性依据在于建设数字乡村不仅是贯彻落实新发展理念的必由之路,还是我国数字中国战略的重要组成部分,更是实现我国农业农村现代化发展的必然路径。数字乡村建设推动乡村振兴的路径与方法包括产业发展数字化、人才管理数字化、文化涵育数字化、生态保护数字化与组织保障数字化。数字乡村建设推动乡村振兴的深层次意蕴在于推动实现人民共同富裕、实现乡村治理现代化、传承与弘扬乡村文化。 Digital village construction is the development path of rural revitalization strategy and a necessary measure to promote common prosperity.Building a digital village and building a new era rural development system enabled by digital technology is imperative,although it has a long way to go.The theoretical basis for digital village construction to promote rural revitalization is that building digital village is not the only way to implement the new development concept,but also an important part of China’s digital China strategy,and the inevitable path to realize the development of China’s agricultural and rural modernization.The paths and methods of digital village construction to promote rural revitalization include digitization of industrial development,digitization of talent management,digitization of cultural education,digitization of ecological protection and digitization of organizational guarantee.The deep-seated implication of digital village construction in promoting rural revitalization lies in:promoting the common prosperity of the people,realizing the modernization of rural governance,inheriting,and carrying forward rural culture.
