摘要
【目的/意义】本研究旨在揭示我国中小企业竞争情报(Competitive Intelligence,CI)共享意愿与行为的影响因素及其作用机理,以期为我国CI共享实践与后续深入研究提供理论与实证支持。【方法/过程】依据刺激-机体-反应(SOR)和计划行为(TPB)理论提出研究假设,构建理论模型,通过问卷调查获得201份来自中小企业的有效样本,并借助SPSS和AMOS软件进行实证检验。【结果/结论】预期收益对资源依赖有显著正向影响,共享成本对资源依赖有显著负向影响,感知共享风险对信任的影响不显著,外部环境不确定性对信任有显著正向影响。此外,信任、资源依赖均对共享意愿有显著正向影响,共享意愿对共享行为有显著正向影响。【创新/局限】研究内容、理论模型与研究结论具有一定的创新性,然而,不同情境与条件下中小企业CI共享影响因素还有待深入探索。
【Purpose/significance】This study aims to reveal the factors that affect competitive intelligence(CI)sharing willingness and behavior of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs)and the mechanisms of the factors,and to provide theoretical and empirical support for subsequent research and practice on CI sharing.【Method/process】The research hypotheses were formulated based on Stimulus-Organism-Response(SOR)Model and Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB),and the research model was developed.A survey was conducted and 201 valid questionnaires were returned,SPSS and AMOS software were used for statistical testing and analysis.【Result/conclusion】The prospective revenue is significantly positively correlated with resource dependence,and the cost of sharing is significantly negatively correlated with resource dependence.Besides,the perception of risks does not have any significant effect on trust,while the uncertainty of the external environment is significantly positively correlated with trust.In addition,both trust and resource dependence have a significant positive correlation with the willingness of sharing,and the willingness of sharing has a significant positive correlation with sharing behavior.【Innovation/limitation】The innovation is mainly reflected in the research content,the theoretical model and the findings,while the factors in different conditions still need further exploration.
