Competitive Intelligence for Domestic and Foreign SMEs——Comparative Analysis Based on the ITGInsight

摘要【目的/意义】本研究旨在对比国内外中小企业竞争情报领域的研究特点和发展趋势,揭示二者存在的差异,为今后国内学者更深入的研究提供有益参考。【方法/过程】首先以国内的CNKI、维普、万方和国外的Web of Science核心合集为数据来源,检索并获取相关论文信息;然后借助可视化工具ITGInsight,分析作者合著、期刊关联、主题分布及演化情况;最后从学科领域、作者合著、研究主题、演化趋势四个维度对国内外中小企业竞争情报研究进行对比。【结果/结论】国外研究发展迅速,主题分布广泛,学科交叉性明显,作者合作关系密切;而国内研究热度相对不足,研究主题及学科分布集中、作者合作程度较低。【创新/局限】利用可视化方法从不同维度分析了国内外中小企业竞争情报研究的差异,样本文献与研究工具有一定的局限性,未来应扩大文献检索范围,并结合其它工具进行综合对比分析,从而使研究结果更加全面可信。【Purpose/significance】This paper aims to compare the characteristics and development trends of research on competitive intelligence of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,reveal the differences between them,and provide a useful reference for further research by domestic scholars.【Method/process】Firstly,we use CNKI,Wipu,Wanfang and core collection of Web of Science as data sources,retrieval and obtain relevant paper information.Then,with the help of visual tool ITGInsight,analyze the co-authorship,journal association,topic distribution and evolution.Finally,the domestic and foreign research on competitive intelligence of SMEs is compared from four dimensions:subject field,co-authorship,research topic and evolution trend.【Results/conclusion】Foreign research has developed rapidly,with a wide distribution of topics,obvious interdisciplinary and close cooperation among authors.However,the domestic research enthusiasm is insufficient,the distribution of research topics and disciplines is concentrated,and the degree of cooperation between authors is low.【Innovation/limitation】This paper analyzes the differences between domestic and foreign SMEs’competitive intelligence research from different dimensions by using the visualization method.The sample literature and research tool have certain limitations.In the future,we should expand the scope of literature retrieval and make comprehensive comparative analysis with other tools,so as to make the research results more comprehensive and credible.
