摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济呈现跨越式发展,建设开放型经济已然成为中国经济发展的重要战略举措。自“一带一路”倡议实施以来,中国与“一带一路”沿线国家的经贸合作取得了显著成效。在经济迅速发展的同时,中国仍然存在东中西部地区经济发展不均衡、资源配置效率不高等问题。“一带一路”倡议对沿线重点省份的经济发展是否有积极影响已成为“一带一路”政策效果评估务须探讨的主题。本文选取中国286个地级市的数据,使用PSM-DID模型和DDD模型,对“一带一路”沿线重点省份的经济增长及作用机制进行评估。研究结果表明,“一带一路”倡议显著促进沿线重点省份经济增长,且呈现动态效应。同时,“一带一路”倡议对中西部地区及沿线少数民族自治区的经济发展促进作用更为显著。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has undergone rapid growth.Building an open economy has become an important strategic measure for China’s economic development.Since the implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative,China has achieved significant economic and trade cooperation with participating countries.At the same time,China still faces problems such as unbalanced economic development in the eastern,central,and western regions,and low efficiency of resource allocation.study attempts to answer the abovementioned question"Does the Belt and Roadinitiative of key provinces or not"by a quasi-natural experimental design.Utilizing PSM-DID model and DDD model,this study gathers the data of 286 prefecture-level cities and evaluates the impact of the“Belt and Road”initiative on economic growth of key provinces.The results show that the“Belt and Road”initiative significantly promotes the economic growth of key provinces,and the impact exhibits dynamic effects.Besides,the“Belt and Road”initiative has more significant effect on the economic development of the central and western regions,and minority autonomous regions.
