摘要
就业观是影响青年就业的重要因素。在新时代背景下,青年群体的就业观呈现出鲜明个性与独特群体特征。对“00后”职场生存实践及形成机制的研究发现:在工作价值观方面,“00后”在职场中更加关注“我”与企业的同频共振,其中包括工作舒适度体验、企业文化与自我的耦合度、自我效能感的满足以及未来发展;在工作实践方面,“00后”形成了一种以“我”为中心的工作实践模式,强调自我主导下的劳动剥削、权责明晰的劳动分配以及工作与生活的边界感。“00后”这一职场生存实践模式的形成是社会文化转变、家庭现代化发展、教育水平提升以及新业态的兴起等多方面因素共同作用的结果,同时也对传统职场文化、职场规则、职场环境等产生影响并使之发生改变。
The Employment view is a key factor influencing the employment of youth.In this new era,the employment view of the youth presents distinctive individual and group characteristics.This study examines the post-00s generation’s workplace survival practices and their formation mechanism.It is found that in terms of work values,the post-00s generation pay more attention to the same frequency of“I”and the enterprise in the workplace,which includes the comfort of work,the fit between the enterprise culture and the self,and the realization of self-efficacy,as well as future career development;in terms of work practice,the post-00s generation have formed a“me”centered work practice model,emphasizing elements like a manner of selfdriven labor exploitation,a labor distribution mode with clearly defined rights and responsibilities,and a sense of boundary between work and life.The formation of this mode of workplace survival practice of the post-00s generation is the result of a number of combined factors,such as social and cultural changes,the modernization of the family,the upgrading of education levels and the emergence of new business forms,which also exerts an impact on aspects such as traditional workplace cultures,workplace rules and workplace environments.
