摘要
以陕西省两所民办高校609名学前教育专业师范生为研究对象,通过访谈、问卷调研了解其职业动机现状。研究结果显示,民办高校学前教育专业师范生职业选择时更重视安全稳定、心理支持、经济报酬因素,其职业动机存在性别、年龄、生源地、父母职业类型方面的显著差异。在网络“泛娱乐化”背景下,应通过提高师范生的媒介素养、提升其职业认同、合理有效利用网络信息资源等方式引导师范生形成正确积极的职业动机。
The study takes 609 pre-school education students in two private universities in Shaanxi Province as the research objects,and investigates the current situation of their career motivation through interviews and questionnaires.The results show that normal university students of pre-school education major pay more attention to safety and stability,psychological support and economic reward when choosing their career.There are significant differences of their career motivation in gender,age,place of origin and occupation type of parents.Under the background of“pan-entertainment”of the network,it is necessary to improve their media literacy,enhance their professional identity,and make reasonable and effective use of network information resources,so as to guide normal students to form correct and positive career motivation.
