摘要
目的研究应用同理心护理模式对子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术后生活质量的提升效果。方法选取2019年12月—2020年3月在瑞安市人民医院接受子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术的患者54例为研究对象,采用随机数字表将之均分为对照组与研究组。研究组患者采用同理心护理模式,对照组患者采用常规护理模式。采用本院自制生活质量测试卷评估患者的生活质量,采汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估患者焦虑、抑郁情况,采取问卷调查法对患者以及患者家属对手术、护理工作的满意度进行测评,并比较两组间的差异。结果研究组患者护理后社会职能、躯体功能、物质生活、情绪功能评分高于对照组,HAMA评分、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者及其家属手术满意度、护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同理心护理护理模式可有效缓解患者不良情绪,有助于提升子宫肌瘤全子宫切除术后患者生活质量、护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective to study the effect of empathy nursing mode on the quality of life after total hysterectomy for uterine fibroids.Methods 54 cases of patients with hysteromyoma underwent total hysterectomy in Ruian People's Hospital from December 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and study group by random number table.Patients in the study group were treated with empathy nursing mode,while patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode.The self-made quality of life test paper was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients.Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of patients.The satisfaction of patients and their families to surgery and nursing work was evaluated by questionnaire survey,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of social function,physical function,material life and emotional function in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while HAMA score and HAMD score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The operation satisfaction and nursing satisfaction of patients and their families in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing model of empathy can effectively alleviate the bad mood of patients,and help to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients after total hysterectomy of uterine fibroids,which is worthy of promotion.
