摘要
高校毕业生就业质量的及时有效反馈,有助于社会各界掌握高等教育人才培养的现状,对深化教育改革,提高教育质量,完善多层次、全方位的人才培养体系建设也很有帮助。本文总结了当前高校毕业生就业质量反馈工作中的问题,提出构建高校毕业生就业质量多维反馈体系,并在实践中加以应用,取得了一定成效。
The timely and effective feedback on the employment quality of college graduates will help the society to master the current situation of talent cultivation in higher education,to deepen the educational reform,to improve the quality of education,and to improve the construction of a multi-level and all-round talent cultivation system.This paper summarizes the problems in the feedback of the current employment quality of college graduates and puts forward the multidimensional feedback system and applies it in practice with some results.
