摘要
提出了运用管理学的反馈控制原理,通过跟踪就业信息来分析就业难的原因并找出解决措施的方法,其中重点讨论了建立就业信息跟踪反馈系统需要解决的关键问题及实现方法,对实际应用具有指导作用.
this paper proposes the use of management of the feedback control principle,by tracking the employment information to analyze of the reasons for the difficult employment and find solutions,which focused on the establishment of employment information feedback system to track the key issues to be resolved and the implementation of the practical application guidance.
