摘要
目的:分析针灸配合推拿治疗对小儿腹泻临床疗效、症状体征及肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取2019年6月~2020年7月本院儿科收治的腹泻患儿166例。根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(西医常规治疗)81例和观察组85例(针灸配合推拿治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状恢复时间、症状积分以及肠道菌群变化。结果:观察组总有效率为96.47%,明显高于对照组86.41%(P<0.05);观察组纠正脱水、大便情况好转、止泻、退热、住院均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组症状积分比较并差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组症状积分均为下降趋势,观察组治疗后各项症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后乳杆菌、肠球菌、双岐杆菌均增多,酵母样真菌呈现减少趋势,其中观察组乳杆菌、肠球菌、双岐杆菌多于对照组,酵母样真菌少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合推拿治疗可提高小儿腹泻临床疗效,改善症状体征,恢复肠道菌群失调情况,临床使用价值高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of applying acupuncture combined with massage treatment on the clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs and intestinal flora in the treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods:166 children with diarrhea admitted to the pediatric department of this hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a controlled group(conventional western medicine treatment)81 cases and an observation group 85 cases(acupuncture and massage treatment).The clinical efficacy,recovery time of clinical symptoms,symptom scores and changes in intestinal flora were compared between the two groups.Resultsf:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.47%,which was significantly higher than 86.41%in the controlled group(P<0.05).The time to correct dehydration,the time to improve stool,the time to stop diarrhea,the time to reduce fever,and the time of abatement of fever in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no difference in symptom score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups showed a downward trend.The scores of symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,lactobacilli,enterococci,and bifidobacteria increased,and yeast-like fungi showed a decreasing trend.Among them,the Lactobacillus,Enterococcus,and Bifidobacterium in the observation group were more than those in the control group,and yeast-like fungi were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with massage therapy can improve the clinical efficacy of diarrhea in children,improve symptoms and signs,and improve intestinal flora imbalance.It has high clinical value.
