摘要
目的:探讨黄芩汤联合益生菌治疗湿热内蕴型泄泻的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:随机将我院收治的98例湿热内蕴型泄泻患者分为对照组(n=49,口服益生菌)和观察组(n=49,黄芩汤联合益生菌),对比治疗后疗效、IBDQ评分、中医症候评分及血清白介素6(IL-6)、重组人肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化。结果:经过治疗后,观察组疗效较对照组明显较高(P<0.05);治疗后两组腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便等症候评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)且观察组中医症候评分较对照组降低较明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后全身症状、肠道症状、情感能力、社会能力评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)且观察组IBDQ评分较对照组升高较多(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)且观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平较对照组降低较多(P<0.05)。结论:湿热内蕴型泄泻采用黄芩汤联合益生菌治疗具有较好的疗效。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of using Baqin Decoction combined with probiotics in treating damp-heat internal diarrhea and its influence on quality of life.Methods:A total of 98 cases of dampness-heat internal diarrhea in our hospital were randomly divided into a controlled group(n=49,oral probiotics)and an observation group(n=49,Baqin Decoction combined with probiotics).The curative effect,IBDQ score,TCM syndrome score and serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP levels were compared after treatment.Results:After treatment,the effect of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucous pus and blood stool were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,systemic symptoms,intestinal symptoms,emotional ability and social ability scores of both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The IBDQ score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The serum Levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the 2 groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Huangqin Decoction and probiotics has a good effect in the treatment of damp-heat internal diarrhea.
