摘要
目的探讨自拟止泻方联合推拿法治疗秋季小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月-2017年2月收治的208例秋季消化不良性腹泻患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各104例。对照组患儿则给予常规西医治疗,观察组患儿给予自拟止泻方和推拿法等中医综合治疗,观察比较2组患儿治疗前后的相关指标变化情况以及治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈率、总有效率分别为69.23%、91.35%,显著高于对照组的49.04%、84.62%(P <0.05)。2组患儿治疗后腹泻、腹痛、腹胀、大便性状以及HAMA评分等指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P <0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患儿治疗后大便次数恢复正常时间、体温恢复正常时间、大便性状恢复正常时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论自拟止泻方联合推拿法治疗秋季小儿消化不良性腹泻,以中药健脾渗湿,改善脾胃气虚之证,以推拿法充实脏腑促进气血运化和肠道蠕动,两者合用,可改善消化功能,达到标本兼治的效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made anti-diarrheal prescription combined with massage in children with autumn dyspeptic diarrhea. Methods From January 2015 to February 2017, 208 children with autumn dyspeptic diarrhea admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n = 104) according to random number table. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the observation group was treated with self-made anti-diarrhea prescription and massage therapy. The changes of related indicators and therapeutic eff ects pre-and after treatment were observed and compared between groups. Results The cure rate and total eff ective rate of observation group were 69.23% and 91.35% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of control group(49.04% and 84.62%, P < 0.05). After treatment, diarrhea, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, stool characteristics and HAMA scores of two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05), and observation group was better than control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the number of stools returned to normal, body temperature returned to normal, stool characteristics returned to normal and hospitalization time in observation group were lower than those in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Self-made anti-diarrhea prescription combined with massage therapy can treat children with autumn dyspeptic diarrhea by invigorating spleen and clearing dampness. Improve the spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome. Massage can enrich the Zang Fu organs, promote qi blood circulation and intestinal peristalsis. The combination of two methods can improve the digestive function and achieve the eff ect of simultaneous treatment.
