摘要
目的观察不同频率电针天枢穴对术后肠麻痹小鼠胃肠动力和炎症因子的影响。方法将35只雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、模型+15 Hz电针组、模型+100 Hz电针组、模型+2/100 Hz电针组,每组7只。小鼠造模成功后给予不同频率的电针干预20 min。造模24 h后检测炎症因子的含量和胃肠动力的变化。结果与假手术组相比,模型组小鼠胃肠动力明显延迟(P<0.01),血清IL-6和TNF-α的含量显著升高(P<0.05);与模型组小鼠相比,模型+2/100 Hz组可显著改善小鼠胃肠动力(P<0.05),降低血清炎症因子的表达(P<0.05);而模型+15 Hz电针组和模型+100 Hz电针组对小鼠胃肠动力无明显改善作用(P>0.05)。结论2/100 Hz电针天枢穴可以显著改善术后肠麻痹小鼠的胃肠动力,是天枢穴治疗术后肠麻痹理想的电针频率。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Tianshu(ST25)with different frequencies on intestinal motility and inflammatory factors in mice model of postoperative intestinal paralysis,so as to reveal its underlying mechanisms and provide reference for clinical and experimental research.Methods Thirty-five male C57 BL/6 mice were randomly divided into sham,model,model+15 Hz electroacupuncture,model+100 Hz electroacupuncture,model+2/100 Hz electroacupuncture groups(n=7).After modeling,the mice were treated with different frequencies electroacupuncture for 20 minutes.The contents of inflammatory factors and the changes of gastrointestinal motility were detected 24 hours after modeling.Results Compared with the sham group,the gastrointestinal motility of the model group was significantly delayed(P<0.05),and the expressions of IL-6 and TNF-αin serum were increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the model+2/100 Hz electroacupuncture group significantly improved the gastrointestinal motility(P<0.05)and decreased the expressions of serum inflammatory factors(P<0.05).However,there was no significant improvement in gastrointestinal motility in model+15 Hz electroacupuncture group and model+100 Hz electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion 2/100 Hz electroacupuncture at Tianshu(ST25)can significantly improve the gastrointestinal motility of mice with postoperative ileus.When treating postoperative ileus,appropriate electroacupuncture frequency should be selected.
