摘要
"双高计划"的实施为我国高等职业教育发展创造了良好的政策环境。司法警官职业院校是司法行政系统的行业办学院校,其办学定位、服务面向和人才培养模式与一般高职院校不同,具有浓厚的政法属性。互联网技术的高速发展和广泛应用对院校专业数字化改造提出新要求;近期司法行政机关职能因机构改革和重组产生新变化;职业教育高质量发展也出现新趋势。对此,教育主管部门应架构职业院校分类评估管理体系,深化司法职业院校内涵研究,探索校监所协同育人体制,使司法警官教育更加契合新时代发展要求。
The implementation of the"Double High Program"has provided an excellent policy environment for the development of higher vocational education in our country.Judicial police vocational colleges are industry-based institutes run by the judicial administration system.They are of strong political and legal characteristics and are different from others in schooling orientation,service objective and talent cultivation.The rapid development and widespread of Internet technology have put forward new requirements for the digital transformation of colleges and universities.Besides,the recent institutional reforms and reorganization in judicial administration system have resulted in new changes with respect to their functions and new trends have also emerged in the high-quality development of vocational education.In this regard,the educational authority should build a classified evaluation and management system for the vocational colleges,reinforce the research into the connotation of judicial vocational colleges,and explore a collaborative cultivation mechanism of school and prison to make judicial police education more in line with the development needs of the new era.
