摘要
1+X证书制度是我国职业教育一项重要的改革任务,试点以来已取得了一定成效。司法类职业院校在推进1+X证书制度过程中面临核心专业职业技能标准体系不明确、证书数量少、行业参与度低,认可度不高、学生参与不积极、书证融合手段缺乏等问题。需进一步强化顶层设计,立足司法行政行业,优先梳理行业核心岗位相关职业技能标准体系,加大X证书的申报力度,积极推进书证融通,不断提升证书效用,保障1+X证书制度的高质量推进。
The 1+X certificate system is an important reform for occupational education in our country,and it has achieved certain achievements since its pilot operation.The promotion of the 1+X certificate system at judicial vocational colleges has been challenged with such problems as ambiguous standard mechanism for core professional skills,few certificates available,little industry involved,low recognition,reluctant students,and no access to documentary integration.It is essential to further the top-level design,focus on the industry of judicial administration,give priority to sorting out the relevant standard system of the career skills for the core positions in the industry,increase the application of X certificates,promote actively the documentary integration,improve continuously the utility of certificates,so as to ensure the high-quality development of the 1+X certificate system.
